What precedent has been set for "artistic nudity" of kids in the United States law? I feel like that could be its very own honeypot, and people may get v& under some other stipulation of the law.
as far as i am aware as long as the focus is not the genitals, or its a sexual pose, or they are touching their genitals then its ok
