You got this wrong, all of this, let me explain:
The chinny finds out about the new shemmycuck site qaculture.org (whose admin is svvt aka the first admin of the shoally but he no longer works with the shemmy) and spams cat gore, bmt, rat rape gifs, dnb, gay alien, soylita, loli porn and ruins the site, which makes retards like coswork16 seethe at them and nusois blame the jassy for it because they are obsessed.
Because all of the shemmy's userbase posted on the new site, their pph goes to 0 and the shemmy is so, so dead that they turn *bidenflare off so people without an *account can make posts and Quote/Mud/Developer of the Sharty realises that & uses his bots to spam their site, he also DDoSed their site which causes one of the admins of the Shemmy to lock their main board, /soy/.
Bidenflare is the IP whitelist they use to protect their site from Quote's bots. Nowadays it's on for most of the time.
The Bidenflare did not stop Quote's bot army, though. So the shemmycucks thought that an account system would solve the problem and emailing their admins or waiting in their official cytube asking for an account would do the trick, and it did work for a while until Quote larped as a new shemmy user almost every day until he got as many accounts as possible (the chinny also helped him, he even asked them to email him with new shemmy accounts and so they did) and spammed their site again so they realised their mistake but instead of getting rid of the account system, they got a XXMP chat so quote couldn't larp as a shemmycuck easily. It worked (kind of), but at a cost... Their site died and they got rid of it, they use IRC now and as their site went from having 6K posts per day to less than 200, they turn bidenflare off for some time.
